Terms of Service

End User License Agreement (EULA)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all mobile applications, games, and websites developed and owned by Authenticator App ("Authenticator App", "our products", "we", "us", or "our"). We highly value your privacy and are committed to ensuring a secure and respectful experience for all users. Please review these Terms carefully. Your use of any of our products indicates your agreement with these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Legal Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding legal contract between you and Authenticator App. By installing or using any of our products, you acknowledge that:

  • You have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.

  • You accept and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • You understand that if you use our products to process data from users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the Data Processing Addendum (DPA) will supplement this Agreement.

If there is any conflict between this Agreement and the DPA, the DPA shall take precedence.

2. Prohibited Use

You may not use our products for any illegal purpose under U.S. law, local jurisdiction, or these Terms. We reserve the right to terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you breach any part of this Agreement or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

3. Updates and Changes

We may update these Terms and our products periodically. Your continued use after any changes implies your agreement to those changes. We encourage you to review these Terms regularly. We may also discontinue or modify our products at any time without notice, and you agree that we are not liable for any resulting loss or inconvenience.

4. License Grant

Subject to these Terms and any applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use our products on one personal Android device at a time. You may not:

  • Transfer, sell, or sublicense our products

  • Modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works from our products

  • Use any of our proprietary interfaces or intellectual property in third-party devices

This license does not include support, documentation, or updates unless explicitly provided.

Violation of these terms will result in automatic termination of your license.

5. Data and Privacy

We do not collect personal data such as your name, address, phone number, or email address unless you provide it voluntarily (e.g., for support purposes). If you do provide such data, we treat it as strictly confidential and only use it to assist you. We do not share it with third parties and will delete it upon request.

Advertising Data

  • In the EU, we only show non-personalized ads after obtaining user consent.

  • Elsewhere, we may use collected data (such as device identifiers) to display and improve ads.

You can limit ad tracking via your device settings.

Ad Networks Used

  • Google AdMob

  • Google AdX
    (Collecting device advertising IDs like GAID or IDFA)

6. Cookies

We do not set cookies. However, third-party ad or analytics providers may use cookies. You can manage or opt-out via their privacy settings.

7. Internet Permissions

Our apps may require internet access for:

  • Loading content

  • Displaying ads

  • Linking to app stores or related services

  • Collecting anonymous usage data for analytics

8. In-App Purchases

Some of our apps may include optional in-app purchases for enhanced features or ad removal.

9. Social Media Sharing

Our apps may allow you to share content via platforms like Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp. We do not access or store any of your social media account data.

10. Non-Ad Apps

If an app does not contain third-party ads, the above advertising terms do not apply.

11. Legal Compliance and Sharing

We may share limited data with authorities or other companies to:

  • Comply with legal obligations

  • Prevent fraud or abuse

  • Protect our users and business

12. Opting Out

If you prefer not to share your IP address or advertising ID, you may:

  • Purchase the in-app upgrade to remove ads

  • Stop using the app

  • Use device settings to limit ad tracking

  • Contact advertising providers directly to opt out

13. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect or target personal data from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not submit any personal data. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians may contact us at basitaziz1464@gmail.com to report concerns.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon being posted here. Continued use of our products constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
